Single-Point-Cutting™

Single-Point-Cutting™ refers to the use of CBN, PCD, Cermet, Coated Carbide and Ceramic tips to cut valve seats to a professional standard. The carbide tips provide a higher level of accuracy (within 3 microns) than the use of standard form cutting tools.

Through Single-Point-Cutting™ we achieve the best gas-tight valve seat seals possible, essential for the high-performance racing engines and Natural Gas powered industrial engines in which we specialise.
